The ravages of time hit even the most well-maintained of our vintage Mantas, Asconas, Kadetts & Co! The upper bearing from the steering spindle sits directly in the steering column switch and often needs a bit of extra attention! - And it is quick to replace: remove the steering wheel, unscrew the steering column switch from the steering column, remove, and now you can swap the bearing without any added force.
