When converting an Opel cih carburetor engine into a fuel-injector, one needs an extra waterhose fitting in the engine block. This fitting is swapped for the allen screw on the back right-hand side (driving-direction) with a 7mm hexagon-socket. Even in existing fuel-injector engines, sometimes this part needs to be replaced, as over the years it becomes unsightly. This hose fitting is an original Opel part.
