Dear Vintage - Opel friends,I'm pleased to be able to offer you the following article:
Wheel bearing set, this is a set for the inner and outer wheel bearings, the rear shaft seal ring and the split pin for the front crown nut. Thus you can completely renew all the worn out parts in one go - wonderful :-) Set for one side of the front axle!
edelschmiede info:Wheel bearings on the front axle need to be veeeeeeeeery carefully placed and tightened, as these only receive 25NM and then in three (in one word: THREE!!!) slots loosen the crown nuts. The bearing 'feels' much too loose, but this is what Mr Opel recommends. Please be aware of this excerpt from the WHB Click! :-)
The corresponding dust cap / grease cap or a wheel bearing installation kit are naturally also available in our shop :-)
