This shaft seal ring sits in the transmission outlet on the triangular flange to the cardan shaft in R25 / R28 transmission in Omega A (B) & Senator B. The transmissions that are getting on in years sometimes leave a little puddle of oil here and there. - In case your transmission suffers from a somewhat massiver oil loss problem, there is also a complete shaft seal ring set for this transmission.
