Dear Vintage - Opel friends,I'm pleased to be able to offer you the following article:
This silver tool is another winner and above all an easy solution for our 4- & 6-cylinder cih engines in Opel Manta, Ascona, Kadett & co. After removing the rocker arm and the tappet, one can directly sit this tool on the cylinder head and tighten with a rocker arm bolt (attention: install with ball joint!). Thus, both wedges from the valve disengage automatically, so that one can then problem-free and easily remove them :-) As the saying goes: Installation in reverse order...
Included in the delivery, besides the tool itself, is also a corresponding nut, that fits on the rocker arm bolt. - This is once again a vital instrument in the tool box at home, made by edelschmiede.
By the way, there are more attractive specialised tools for both the Opel Youngtimer & Oldtimer, so its worth a look in the shop :-)
