Throttle valve cih 3.0E, with new bearings, completely reconditioned & returned to factory settings, with mounting kit (in exchange for the old part!)
The throttle valves from our 3 litre fuel-injector are basically all completely worn-out. This often unnoticed defect expresses itself as a restless idle, or as a no longer adjustable idle. We've now taken on this issue in order to present our edelschmiede customers with the perfect solution, in which we have undoubtedly succeeded! This reconditioned throttle valve is better than any new part: we've adjusted the bearings of the throttle valve shaft to the correct friction bearing and securedit via circlips to the shaft to act against axial diplacement.
In this process we have naturally not forgotten to give the part an optical treatment. The housing and all attachments have been blasted with glass sand, the attachments galvinized. There are also a range of new parts, for instance the throttle valve coil spring, or the idle screw. Once cleaned, modified and assembled, the throttle valve is then reset and the bolted joints sealed. Thus you will receive an amazing replacement part in exchange for your old throttle valve. As usual, all the assembly parts are included in the set.
Please note!! "in exchange" means that we need to receive your old throttle valve in return. We charge a deposit of 60€ for the old part, which will be reimbursed, once we have received your old throttle valve, either via bank transfer or if you prefer as customer credit to your account.
We also have reconditioned throttle valves for 2.0E cih machines or 24V straight-six on offer.
