Now things are running smoothly! — We’ve really gone the extra mile to reproduce these seemingly unremarkable engine rubber mounts for the Rekord D (gasoline) in premium-quality craftsmanship.
Unlike what’s usually found in the scene, these rubber mounts aren’t just any off-the-shelf industrial parts—they’re rubber-metal assemblies custom-manufactured specifically for us, designed to withstand the vehicle-specific stresses. Our material isn’t just standard NR rubber, but very high-quality NBR with a Shore A hardness of 70. The metal components are also not, as is usually the case, cobbled together from low-grade steel, but are manufactured to a high-quality 8.8 grade. To round out the set, we include the necessary washers and nuts. Truly top-notch craftsmanship :-)
