When the “copper worm” strikes again, or, “My starter is broken!”—these are classic complaints when ground connections, regardless of type, are no longer conducting electricity properly.
Sometimes the rear-wheel-drive Opel will still start somewhat if the engine—and thus the ground connections—are cold. But when you try to start it again, it goes wrong! The ground connections are hot, the conductivity of the copper is significantly worse, and the starter struggles in vain. – That’s where we come in! – With our two ground cables—one between the battery and the body, and the other between the body and the engine—we’re the ultimate solution for grounding issues. At least, if you make sure all contact points are free of metal residue before installing the cables. I personally always add a little battery terminal grease to the mix; that’ll put you in the fast lane when it comes to grounding in the future!
