'Opel green' is like the well-known Tempo paper tissue. At least every mechanic knows what that means: a fantastic paste of modern chemistry in a tube. It can be used for all sealing work on surfaces where two flat surfaces (especially without a classic seal between them) meet. And, I have to admit, it's a tincture from the 'post-rear-wheel-drive era', i.e. it appeared much later than our vehicles were created, at least I think so. And, as we are used to, it is no longer available! In Opel jargon: nml. Which means exactly that: no longer available.
Of course, we couldn't accept that and tracked down the manufacturer and the product so that we could finally offer it again. However, it has a new look. Elring offers this green miracle cure in a really practical 50 ml dispenser, and now so do we! You always need it in addition to the black adhesive and sealant. For example, if the oil pump cover has to be installed without a seal, this is the product of choice. Awesome stuff, belongs in every good workshop!
