The propeller shaft on our Opel Cih rear-wheel-drive models also needs to be secured—preferably with this very kit. -)If you want to mount the shaft to a “large” Cih axle, you’ll need these brackets along with the matching washers and self-locking nuts (a top-quality all-metal design!). It doesn’t matter whether the vehicle has a 4-speed, 5-speed, or even an automatic transmission. The main thing is that it’s a large axle—meaning it has the connection for the universal joint at the front of the axle and at the rear of the propeller shaft. Makes sense, right?!? :-)
If you also need the right springs for the driveshaft (for 4-speed, 5-speed, or automatic transmissions), we have those in our selection as well, of course.
