Once the “copper worm” gets into the system, things can really go haywire in your old Opel. Another small “building block” in the fight against this “worm” is our new starter cable for the Ascona, Manta B, and Kadett C models. This red cable can be used on all models with Cih engines. We’ve also included a thinner wire, which can of course be removed if it’s not needed. Plus, the clamp shown in the picture for securing the cable is included, of course.
To be honest, I’m not sure if the cable also fits models with OHV engines—maybe one of you can tell me?!? The actual length of this cable is 93 cm. Naturally, it’s in Edelschmiede’s proven quality and “made in Germany.”
